My goal when I started this was to build a team of like minded people, people that can think big and then back it up with a good work ethic. Then from that point on it is about working smart.

You must be coachable. The system that I will introduce to you works. In the beginning you may want to try to do things your own way, but you must fight this desire as I've done.
